1. Webinar Refunds
All webinars on Triad are completely free of charge. No payment is required to register or attend, so no refund is applicable. Simply register with your email and join the live session at the scheduled time. If a webinar is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify you via email and provide alternative dates.
2. Bootcamp Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content.
Eligibility Criteria
- Refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You must have completed less than 25% of the total course content (lessons, quizzes, and live sessions combined).
- The request must include your registered email address and order/transaction details.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method. Your access to the bootcamp will be revoked upon refund approval.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered email address
- Course/bootcamp name
- Transaction ID or order reference
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond via email with the outcome and next steps.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses where 25% or more of the content has been completed
- Downloaded materials, templates, or resources that have been saved locally
- Courses completed before the refund request is submitted
- Certificates that have already been issued
- Gift cards or promotional credits
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content, medical emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us. We will review such cases on an individual basis and may offer refunds or course credits even outside the standard refund window. Documentation may be required.
